Madeline Brenner

I believe therapy works best when it feels human, safe, and grounded in real connection. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your needs, goals, challenges, and vulnerabilities at your own pace. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or seeking deeper understanding and change, you’re welcome here just as you are.
My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and deeply attuned. I’m not a silent observer — I’m actively engaged in the process, offering gentle reflection, thoughtful insight, and support that meets you where you are. While our work may touch on difficult or tender experiences, there is also room for curiosity, creativity, and moments of lightness along the way.
I work from a trauma-informed lens and have experience supporting survivors of sexual trauma and childhood trauma, as well as clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and those who identify as LGBTQ+ or are exploring their identity. Safety, consent, and choice are central to my approach, and I honor the ways past experiences shape the present while supporting meaningful, sustainable growth.
I’m here to help you move toward the version of yourself you’re longing to become. Through collaborative care that integrates both the analytical and creative parts of the brain, we’ll work in ways that support understanding, healing, and nervous system regulation — not just insight, but real change that can be felt and lived.
I am also proficient in Spanish and welcome working bilingually if that would feel supportive to you.
